Sales Motivation Strategies
Transform your sales success by learning what makes your customers tick – discover how they are motivated, how they make decisions and other information that can strengthen your customer relationships.
How You Succeed –
Why do you have great relationships with some customers – and then struggle to gain a foothold with others? You might say that customer relationships are a “match” game. The more you match their criteria, expectations and motivations, the more successful your relationships! The more you match, the more your customers trust you with their business.
It is the intangible things that determine your sales success – rapport, trust and relationships. Trust comes with rapport, and rapport has to do with matching customer motivation preferences – such as those revealed in our iWAM (Work, Attitude and Motivation) Assessment. People are constantly giving away information about themselves and their motivations – if you know how to look for it. The iWAM reveals dozens of motivators called Meta Programs, and when you match them, you can build stronger customer ties. Meta Programs are behavioral filters that manage, guide and direct your thinking. They determine how you are motivated to think, how you are convinced, how you make decisions, how you prefer to interact with others and more
What You Will Learn –
During this highly interactive training (or coaching), you will learn how to identify dozens of these Meta Programs, so you can more closely match your customer’s Programs and connect with them at a deeper level. Our leaders are Certified Master Practitioners in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), the study of behavior and language patterns. Our approach will greatly improve your ability to read customers and increase your Emotional Intelligence (EQ). EQ refers to the capability to recognize and control emotions that guide your thinking and behavior. Studies show there is a direct correlation between EQ levels and improved performance, a higher likability factor and the success of bottom line profits. Researchers now tell us that IQ (Intelligent Quotient) accounts for as little as 10 percent of individual success, while EQ accounts for 75 percent of personal success! You will find our approach to be realistic, practical, and straightforward, with ready-to-use sales skills and strategies.
