How You Succeed – Q&A sessions are an important part of presentations. They are also the most challenging, because you must be quick on your feet and prepared for anything. Just because you speak or answer questions – does not mean you will be heard! Audiences naturally resist answers that confront their perspectives, emotions, culture, criteria and beliefs, so you must be able to align with these differences and still make your point. Studies also show emotions trump data when people make decisions, so you need to know how to balance emotions with data to increase your influence during Q&A sessions.
What You Will Learn – During this coaching you will learn cutting-edge Q&A strategies to help you be more effective and confident. Our coaches are communication experts and Certified Master Practitioners in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), the study of effective behavior and language patterns. We have studied Q&A strategies more than 25 years and have coached Fortune 500 groups and thousands of people around the globe to improve their Q&A capabilities. You will learn how to quickly analyze the type of question coming at you, so you can respond comfortably and appropriately. You will also learn how to work a wide range of communication filters that impact how your answers are received.
