If you need to be well versed in a wide range of crisis and media skills, then this is the program for you. Today’s media are pervasive, and organizations must be ready at a moment’s notice to respond to inquiries – and with the right strategies, you can positively shape perceptions from Main Street to Wall Street. During this highly interactive training, you will learn strategies for several types of media interviews: crisis interviews, town hall / public meetings and business news interviews. (You may choose all three, or focus on just two.) Our leaders are media experts and Certified Master Practitioners in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), the study of behavior and language patterns.
