Horse Sense for Leaders (EQuestrian Masters)
Take your leadership skills to the next level – by transforming your leadership, motivation and communication capabilities during this experiential coaching with beautiful American Quarter Horses.
How You Succeed –
“Horse sense” is a term used to describe people who have the ability to make good judgments or decisions. Business is all about good judgment, decision-making, leadership, collaboration and relationships – the same qualities required when working with horses. Great leaders operate at a higher level to successfully lead people toward organizational goals, and that is why you can learn so much from the secrets of a horse whisperer. Horse whisperers achieve uncommon results because they see the world from the horse’s perspective, allowing them to build trust and bring out the best in a horse. Likewise, you must be able to build trust, strengthen relationships and think from other perspectives in order to bring out the best in people.
Motivation Acuity –
Working with horses during this powerful, experiential coaching session will teach you more about effective leadership and communication than you ever imagined possible. Our consultants have worked with horses for more than 3 decades and are Certified Master Practitioners in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), the study of behavior and language patterns. NLP can help you identify more effective ways to connect, influence and lead. Our expertise in NLP and natural horsemanship led us to discover important leadership principles. Studies show that motivation accounts for up to 60 percent of a your performance – and working with horses allows you to better understand the power of motivation and perspectives as you experience firsthand what is possible when you act and think from the horse’s perspective.
What You Will Learn – You will broaden your capabilities in a range of key leadership areas — including thinking from multiple perspectives, the importance of a clear vision, the power of intent, reading emotions, understanding motivations, the impact of confusing or conflicting messages, reading nonverbal cues, instant feedback strategies and much more! A UCLA study reveals that nonverbal communication accounts for almost 90 percent of how people respond to you, and horses are ultra sensitive to your nonverbal cues! So, you will greatly tune up your nonverbal acuity and capabilities. You will walk away with a little dirt on your hands, but with a much higher level of confidence, stronger leadership strategies and greatly increased self-awareness.
